What we collect

When you request a free resource, run a Readiness Score, subscribe to the newsletter, submit a form on this site, or submit a LinkedIn lead form for one of our offers, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, and, where you choose to share it, your LinkedIn profile URL and details about your career goals.

How we use it

• To deliver the resource, read, or service you requested
• To send you the UNEDITD newsletter and related notes, which you can leave with one click at any time
• To respond when you contact us and to prepare for sessions you book
• To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers to run the business: Kit (email delivery), HubSpot (contact management), Stripe (payments), Vercel (site hosting), Make (form routing), and Google Workspace (email and calendar). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately
• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it
• California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the rights to know, delete, and non-discrimination

Cookies and analytics

The site uses privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count visits and page views. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. LinkedIn provides its own notice for data submitted through LinkedIn lead forms.

Data retention

We keep contact information while you remain subscribed or while we have an active relationship, then remove it on request or after extended inactivity.
